Between relaxation and adventure, each of these sites offers you activities composed according to your expectations. From the discovery class and holiday colony to the youngest, or even the seminars of companies for the most studious, or between friends to have a good time, our centres will welcome you in all conviviality to make you discover in all Security, the Gliss' formula best suited to your expectations.
Adult groups
All participants in the activities must be able to meet the buoyancy test to be able to board a boat (fall back into the water with full immersion and return to the starting boat). It is advisable to have a wind cut (top and bottom), sweat or sweater, sunscreen (cream, cap,…) and it is obligatory to have a pair of closed shoes that can go in the water.
